Mesa is the largest city we serve after Phoenix, and it is also the least uniform. A page that treats a Gateway-area distribution facility, a downtown Main Street municipal building and a Fiesta District dental suite as the same cleaning job is not describing Mesa. We scope each building on a walkthrough, and we are locally owned and operated out of Peoria — not a franchise territory run from another state.

Yes — most of our Mesa work happens after close or before opening. We schedule nightly, early-morning and weekend service, and for buildings that need coverage while occupied we add a day porter alongside the nightly scope.
A commercial cleaning crew handles recurring janitorial work: trash and recycling removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, vacuuming and floor mopping, dusting, break-room and kitchenette cleaning, high-touch point wiping, and entry glass and door hardware.
Periodic work — floor stripping and waxing, carpet extraction, window cleaning and pressure washing — runs on a separate cycle and is quoted separately from the recurring scope.
Yes. Plan B has served local city municipalities, and we accept formal RFP submissions as well as standard quotes.
